Whether starting fresh, getting back into it, or continuing your fitness journey, Monica designs workout programs just for you. Specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction and (peri)menopausal fitness, she ensures safe and effective workouts tailored to your needs. She has also coached hundreds of women in nutrition, from all walks of life, helping them to meet their goals without restrictive dieting.
Workout Programming
Are you someone who has fitness goals, but isn’t sure where to begin? Perhaps you’re returning to fitness after an injury, dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction, or are in (peri)menopause.
Whatever it may be, I’ve got you covered. When you work with me, you’ll receive a thorough assessment so that I am able to meet you where you are and design a program that is effective, safe, and FUN.
You’ll have access to an app where you’ll find your workouts, all of which have videos with instructions to accompany every exercise (so you aren’t guessing when it comes to form). In this app, you’ll be able to track progress (weights, reps, and body stats), as well as message your coach whenever you need anything!
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is 90% of the battle for most people. Where do you even begin when there are so many fad diets and trends everywhere you look?
Why not hire a coach, with an extensive nutrition background to help you tackle habits and make lasting changes? Monica has years of experience working with, literally, hundreds of clients from all walks of life.
Every client recieves a zoom consultation to review health history, create a attainable goal, and habits to support this goal. You’ll have access to an easy-to-use app where you’ll have daily reminders and regular check-ins from your coach. You don’t have to do this alone! When you sign up for this package, you’ll receive a high protein recipe pack, an anti-inflammatory recipe pack, and a shopping list. You’ll also have guidance on how to plan meals from your coach. No fad diets here, the approach is sustainable and enjoyable!
Virtual Workshops & Programs
Our virtual programs and workshops are a great option for anyone who’d like to learn at their own pace. We offer a pelvic floor/core workshop, accompanied by a 12 week workout progressive workout program to build strength safely and effectively, all designed by Monica herself. You’ll receive guidance via videos in all of these program.
